You can export completed exam results collectively:
- Export in CSV File Format: Results can be exported as an automatic CSV file by selecting one of comma, semicolon or TAB options.
- Export in HTML File Format: Exam results can be exported to be displayed on a table in HTML file format.
- Export in JSON File Format: Exam results can be exported in JSON file format.
Exam score and scores of each section of each candidate are displayed in exports in CSV and HTML format.
The exported file in CSV format can be opened with Microsoft Excel.
Exam score, section scores and dimension scores are displayed in exports in JSON format.
Exporting All Candidates’ Answers given to All Questions
In addition to the exam results, each candidate’s answers to all questions in an exam can be exported in CSV format. On this file, you can do the following analyzes:
- Which questions are answered most correctly
- Which questions are answered most incorrectly
Exporting Results
You can export Exam Results in various formats like JSON, CSV or HTML and download into your computer.
- Go to Tasks
- Select the task
- Move to the Results Tab
- Select the exams
- Click on the Export Results icon on the top
You can export Exam Results in 3 different ways:
- JSON: exports the results as JSON file. This filetype is used for IT professionals who frequently use this type of file.
- CSV (Comma Separated Values): to use in Excel and similar programs.
- Tab Delimited, Comma Delimited or Semicolon Delimited
- If you plan to export as CSV, please make sure that you didn’t use the punctuation you plan use as delimiter (tab, comma or semicolon) in the value fields (Exam name, Section name, Page name, etc).
- HTML: to see the results tabulated in a spreadsheet in a Browser
Exporting Exam Questions and Answers
You can export all questions and answers given for the exams in various formats like JSON, CSV or HTML and download into your computer.
- Go to Tasks
- Select the task
- Move to the Results Tab
- Select the exams
- Click on the Export QAs icon on the top
You can export the Questions and the Answers (that the Applicant has given) of an Exam as a CSV or HTML file to use it in Excel or similar programs.
You can export as
- CSV (Comma Separated Values): to use in Excal and similar programs
- Tab Delimited, Comma Delimited or Semicolon Delimited
