You can update the folders and tags of each question in the question bank one by one through the Question Editor. However, if you want to update the folders and tags of multiple questions at once, you can take advantage of the ” Update All” feature.
There are 3 different “Update All” options in the question bank:
- Add and Remove Tags: You can add or remove tags to the question collectively
- Update folder: You can update the folder of the questions collectively.
- Update folder and tags: You can update the folder and tags of the questions collectively.
