How to create multiple tickets with 1 Credential
Check the following video to learn how to create Tickets and allow your participants, students, or candidates to authenticate into your assessments, using 1 Credential.
The credential should be data that represents the user. For instance, if you name the credential as ‘Application Number’, the system will ask the user to write its Application Number. Some other examples may be Passport Number, Student Number, Identity Number, or Employee Number.
Up to 200 tickets can be created at once, using the Import Tickets option.
Once all tickets are created, you can share the Assessment URL and Credentials via our e-mail service, or using your own e-mail provider or medium. In the following video, you can see how participants will log in using 1 Credential.
