Updating Multiple Questions

You can update the folders and tags of the questions collectively.

Step 1: Choose the questions you want to update

Select the questions you want to update as we show in Listing & Selecting Questions.

Step 2: Open the Import window

After selecting the questions, click Update All. A new section will open..

Step 3: Choose update options

• Keep Folders and Tags as the same : Existing folders and tags of the selected questions are preserved.
  • Add tags : New tags are added while keeping the existing folders and tags of all selected questions.
  • Delete tags:: While the existing folders and tags of all selected questions are preserved, the specified tags are removed.
• Define Folders and Tags from the beginning: : You set all folder and tag values of the selected questions from the beginning . In this case, the folder and tags values of all selected questions are updated to be the same.

After selecting the update options, click Update All.
